Urban Soul Membership Overview
The Urban Soul Gold Membership is a monthly wellness subscription designed to provide consistent bodywork and holistic care. By enrolling, the client agrees to a recurring monthly charge on the first of every month in exchange for an automatically recurring monthly service.
Membership Tiers & Pricing
Client selects one of the following:

60-Minute Session — $99/month

90-Minute Session — $149/month
-
120-Minute Session — $199/month
Each membership includes:

One automated massage/wellness session per billing cycle.

An unlimited amount of services at the discounted rate.
-
This includes discounted rate of other services lengths than their selected tier.

A personalized wellness plan to identify and meet clients wellness goals.

The option to book in-home/traveling massage sessions at a discounted travel fee ($30.00)

One complimentary 30-minute birthday session.

A seasonal (quarterly) wellness related gift included with massage session.

Up to 2 rollover sessions (see section below).

Subscription to email campaigns offering special deals, discounts, exclusive services, and more.
Billing & Payments
-
Membership fees are billed monthly via Square subscription.
-
Billing occurs on the first of the month each month until client decides to pause or cancel.
-
Payment must be maintained with a valid card on file.
-
Failed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits until resolved.
Session Usage & Rollover Policy
-
One session is automatically provided per billing cycle.
-
Client may book an unlimited amount of services at the discounted rate.
-

Unused sessions may roll over, up to a maximum of 2 sessions.
-
Any sessions beyond the rollover limit will be forfeited.

Sessions have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Typically, monthly automated sessions are scheduled at the time of subscription.

Gold Members receive priority booking over new, or previous customers who aren't members.
-
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
-
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of that session.
Membership Commitment & Cancellation

Membership is month-to-month with no long-term contract.

Client may cancel at any time with at least 7 days notice before the next billing date.

No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Non-Transferability

Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the Client listed above.
Health & Safety
-
Client agrees to disclose all relevant health conditions.

Urban Soul reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
Code of Conduct
Urban Soul is a professional, heart-centered wellness environment grounded in respect, safety, and mutual care. All clients are expected to uphold the following standards of conduct:
Professional Boundaries

All services provided are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.

Any form of sexual comments, jokes, gestures, or advances will result in immediate termination of the session and membership without refund.

Draping will be used at all times in accordance with professional standards and Arizona state regulations.
Respectful Communication

Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and honestly at all times.
-
Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate language toward the practitioner or other clients will not be tolerated.

This includes behavior related to race, gender, identity, religion, or personal beliefs.
Safety & Comfort

Clients must follow all instructions related to positioning, movement, and safety during sessions (including Watsu or aquatic sessions if applicable).

Any behavior that compromises the physical safety of the client or practitioner may result in termination of the session.
Hygiene & Presentation

Clients are expected to arrive in a clean and hygienic condition.

Urban Soul reserves the right to refuse service if hygiene standards are not met in a way that impacts the quality or safety of the session.
Sobriety

Clients must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of service.

If intoxication is suspected, the session may be refused or ended without refund.
Timeliness & Presence

Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their session.
-
Repeated lateness or no-shows may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.
Energetic & Environmental Respect

Urban Soul is a space cultivated for relaxation, healing, and intentional presence.
-
Clients are asked to respect the atmosphere by minimizing disruptions (e.g., silencing phones, maintaining a calm demeanor).
-
Behavior that disrupts the environment for others may result in corrective action.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Urban Soul reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or misaligned with these standards.

In such cases, the session will end immediately, and membership may be revoked without refund.
